All Hangry Onion products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

👉 Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

We’ll make it right 👍

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)

  • Refund (if necessary)

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your carrier first

  • If still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate

🚫 Returns Address

Since products are fulfilled by a third-party partner, do not send items back without contacting us first.

💳 Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📏 Sizing Responsibility

Please double-check sizing before ordering.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
